In this week's lecture, we discussed concepts of unsafe acts (e.g. slips, lapses, mistakes, violations). For this discussion question, choose a website or mobile app and explain one type of unsafe act that the interface currently allows. Briefly speculate on how one might prevent or mitigate the resulting error.
