Choose a website or application that you use frequently, and take a picture/screenshot of its most prominent UI Screen.

  • Next, choose three UI components and describe the affordances that these elements offer the user.
  • Then describe the signifiers that notify the user of these affordances.
  • Describe whether you think any of these signifiers could be improved, and if so, how?

If you do not want to post your own screenshot, you can also answer the same questions above for another classmates screenshot, provided you choose different UI elements.
