In this week's lecture, we discussed the principles upon which you can design effective information visualizations, as well as ways in which those visualizations can be distorted. For this discussion question, choose an information visualization that you have come across in a website or mobile app that is distorted. Using concepts from class, briefly explain why the visualization is distorted and offer one possible solution as to how you might correct the distortion.
